Weka River Vineyard is located on the western side of the Waipara Valley. It is a boutique vineyard that commenced with plantings of Riesling and Pinot Noir.
Weka River’s viticulturalist, Brent “Harry” Harris has worked alongside other viticulturalists in the Waipara region for the past 25 vintages. Weka River vineyard was created out of a desire to see the vines grow, from budburst through to harvest, and to achieve the best possible fruit for every season. The combination of premium fruit with ideas and techniques developed over many years equates to the production of unique and fine wines.
Weka River vineyard is driven by the anticipation and excitement of each vintage, and by producing wines of high quality.
