Internationally renowned wine maker Alan McCorkindale with twenty-two years of wine making experience, produces wines from New Zealand’s Waipara Valley and Marlborough wine regions.

Attention to the tiniest details is the key to the quality of his wines, harvested at a maximum flavour intensity, gently pressed and fermented using a blend of modern technology and traditional methods to produce wines of quality and style. Alan McCorkindale specialies in methode traditionelle sparkling wine. Painstaking adherence to traditional Champagne methods, such as hand-harvesting whole bunch pressing, barrel fermentation and four years lees ageing coupled with innovation and style have produced a classic New Zealand methode traditionelle.
