Waipara Wine and Food 2011 Cancelled due to Earthquake - March 2011
The Waipara Wine & Food Celebration Board met this morning and have made the decision to cancel the Wine & Food Festival on 5th March 2011. We thank you for your support of the festival but feel that due to the nature of events in Christchurch that we want to show sensitivity and compassion. There are also issues around the supply of tents, porta-loos, security etc.
At this stage no future date has been set to reschedule this years event but we will endeavour to keep everyone up to date with any decisions.
